Optimised system availability and minimum maintenance costs are the key concerns of our customers, which we aim to guarantee in order to sustain working processes for as long as possible.
Reliability and availability are key factors for the corporate success of our customers. Regular inspection of all functions and wear parts in the facilities by engineers and technicians from Metall-Technik GmbH are prerequisite for optimum facility availability and for avoiding unscheduled standstills.
The cremation furnaces and the entire filter system are equipped with remote access modules, so the system can be monitored, configured or even manually controlled by our service team.
But if the facility should still come to a standstill for any reason, we ensure that the problems are analysed and rectified as quickly as possible, because our staff are available round the clock, also at the weekend. |
